V tem avtomobilu se boste počutili kot v tanku, zato ni za tiste, ki v sebi skrivate nerešene komplekse!
Če se radi vozite hitro, potem to ni avtomobil za vas. Zaradi slabo komunikativnega in preveč posrednega krmilnega sistema, zaradi precejšnje mase (skoraj 2200 kilogramov), zaradi visokega težišča in mehkega vzmetenja ta avtomobil ni prav hiter. Je pa vseeno zabaven. Glede na zajetne zunanje dimenzije bi bilo logično pomisliti, da je tudi znotraj ogromno prostora. Sedežev je sedem, a zadnja dva potnika ne bosta dobro sedela, celo tisti na drugi sedežni klopi presenetljivo niso vzdihovali od ugodja, saj jim je pri kolenih prostora malce zmanjkalo. Oziroma niti ne zmanjkalo, le nad položajem sedenja so potarnali, ker jim ni bilo udobno. Je pa zato prtljažnik ob petih postavljenih sedežih enormen in tudi spredaj je prostora ogromno. Tudi sedi se odlično.
Pathfinder mi je bil od nekdaj všeč, a ga priporočam le tistim, ki se boste vsaj občasno, če že ne pogosto, odpravljali na huda brezpotja. Morda tudi zato, da si boste z njegovo pomočjo izbrali dobro izhodišče za nadaljnjo pot. Za kakšno hudo kolesarsko turo ali plezanje po hribih. Drugače ga je škoda pa še s ceno okoli 40.000 evrov sploh ni najcenejši in s porabo med devetimi in desetimi litri tudi ne najbolj varčen.
